Note: If you are opening an account as a trust or tax-exempt, government or for-profit business owner, please enroll by mail.
2. BY MAIL

- Prefer paper? Request an enrollment kit and we will mail you a SMART529 brochure, account application and transfer rollover form, Offering Statement, and report on recent performance.
